Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders aren't shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if that's the case.

Shipping Times

We offer tracked international shipping. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Occasionally, customs processing or carrier delays can extend this beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
