Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how returns and refunds work at VibeGadgets.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at shop.vibegadgets@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Change of Mind Returns
If you've simply changed your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. You'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and refunds are issued once we've received and inspected the item.
How to Start a Return
Email shop.vibegadgets@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions on where to send your item. Please don't send anything back before reaching out — items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exemptions
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
